1. The service
We generate short AI videos from photos you upload. AI output varies, and results may not perfectly match your photo or chosen costume.
2. Your photos
You confirm that you own the photos or have permission from everyone shown in them, and that your use follows our acceptable use policy.
3. Payment
Each payment buys one video generation. Prices are shown before checkout. See our refund policy.
4. Ownership
You may use your generated video for personal and social media purposes. We claim no ownership of it. Music is not included; adding music on TikTok, Instagram or elsewhere is subject to those platforms' licences.
5. Prohibited use
We may refuse or stop generation for content that breaks the acceptable use policy, without a refund where abuse is clear.
6. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected video.
7. Trademarks
We are not affiliated with Róisín Murphy, Moloko, TikTok, ByteDance, CapCut or Red Hat. Names are used only to describe the trend.
