Refund policy

Failed videos

If a render fails, the result page lets you retry for free, up to 2 times. If it still fails, email support@ramalamahalloween.com with your result link and we will refund you in full, usually within 2 business days.

Videos you are unhappy with

AI results vary. If your video is clearly broken (for example the wrong number of people, a missing face or an unusable glitch), contact us and we will regenerate it or refund you. Refunds are not given for matters of personal taste once a video is delivered.

Never delivered

If you paid but never reached your result page, email us with your checkout email and we will find your order.
